I was at a nearby grocery store and walked over with questions about a possible haircut and was directed to Vivian. I was checked in and Vivian took the time to comb through my hair pointing out the issues and possible solutions to prevent me from doing a big chop so I agreed to proceed. Vivian kept me in the loop with each snip showing me exactly what was being cut and explaining that I would need to come in every 4-6 weeks for a shape up to eventually reach my goal cut. I couldn’t be more happier with the results considering the conditions of my hair. Will definitely be back.
